This might be one of the worst pre-workout supplement combinations in history. Sometimes I wonder if I come off like a dick with some of these reaction clips, but inaccurate bodybuilding supplement advice like this honestly just pains me to see and I genuinely make them to help out. A guy with millions of social media followers posting a simple clip like this can result in god knows how many people running out and spending their hard earned money on a laundry list of useless fitness supplements they don’t even remotely need.

Best pre-workout ever (it’s actually just what I like to have in the morning whether I’m working out or not): cup of coffee with a scoop of creatine in it (so I remember to take it every day), a banana (because I hate working out fasted and don’t know how people do it), and, if I’m cutting, a multivitamin (which probably isn’t necessary but it’s insurance when I’m eating a less varied diet).

Only preworkout I take is citrulline thats it, I dont do caffein as I workout after work.
My takeaway from this video is to just take caffeine and little bit of salt before workout, and honestly they actually helped me greatly especially as I am training on an empty stomach early in the morning.

I’m not close to a workout guru or gym rat and even I got the same conclusion you did before you said it. PPl just love to sell anything for a buck.

my stack is a cup of green tea, then beet powder mixed with beta alanine and a b complex (or just B1). Massive pumps. Throw in a tadalafil for fun and look out!

Caffeine is not a good pre-workout It constricts your blood vessels and reduces blood flow. And then take it with arginine and they fight each other.
Creatine does impact water retention in the muscle tissue wtf you mean it has no effect?
I put liquid iv (sugar sodium and potassium) for muscle performance and beet powder for nitric oxide which boosts blood flow and a scoop of protein just cuz protein.
People do all of these just to do 3x12s with leaving +100 reps in the tank
