I started doing this exercise every single day for three weeks combined with a ten min kettlebell workout and eating healthy and let me tell you, I have lost a lot of weight! My stomach pudge has gone down tremendously and Iโm starting to feel like myself again.
You are my number one YouTube workout channel. Your workouts can be deceptive; meaning you make it look it easy. I remember the first time I did one of your sessions I was pleasantly shocked by my heart rate; the sweat and the amount of steps. I love that it can done home or at a park. I started this workout the first week of January 4 days a week and it is now the first week of February and I have lost 13 pounds! I will keep at it until I reach my weight goal which is 150 thank you so much I have tried other workouts and didnโt get anywhere with them i highly recommended this workout to people who canโt make it to the gym

I did this workout just yesterday and I’m so proud of myself. It has been so long since I last worked out but I’m keeping the faith and staying positive to keep it up because when it’s all said and done it will be worth it.

I lost 5kg with this workout last summer had a much smaller waist and toned thighs so I’m back after slacking off from Christmas abd gaining all the weight back. Stay consistent! I got a ton of compliments its a feel good workout as well! I’m high off the endorphins y’all lemme go take a shower LOL
