"not a natural ingredient" lol, why is it bad tough? That sounded like some hipster new age vegan LGBTQ statement.

  2. @JB-fh6pt on October 26, 2025 at 11:43 am

    Bullshit. !!!

  3. @truerockmediavi6929 on October 26, 2025 at 11:44 am

So, what are the good combinations.
Don’t stop halfway through the knowledge. Geesh

  4. @margieacarrell1687 on October 26, 2025 at 11:46 am

Why cant they ever say what are the best recommended evan for seniors! Magnesium is very important being the pure one, and D +k2 in a lower amount does help D3s absorbtion! Calcium is not necessary and is so at lower amounts.

  5. @hrodgarthevegan on October 26, 2025 at 11:49 am

I have low Calcium, taking d and K2.

I just won’t do calcium same time as them after I recover my calcium levels

  6. @WorldEra01 on October 26, 2025 at 11:49 am

    क्या विटामिन D और विटामिन B12 को एक साथ ले सकते सुबह खाने के बाद ?

  7. @tiffinitruth8423 on October 26, 2025 at 11:50 am

Before I trash half my vitamins containing magnesium S can you please extrapolate on why it’s not good vs just that it’s not natural as all chemicals aren’t always bad for us depending on their use

  8. @YHVH1483 on October 26, 2025 at 11:51 am

    Don’t take k2 with d? Lol what?

  9. @Wisdom.Lifestyle.Travel on October 26, 2025 at 11:52 am

These all vitamins, minerals are always there in multivitamins. What to do in that case ?

  10. @Katniss_cosmos on October 26, 2025 at 11:52 am

I’m sorry but this lady has so many contraditions.

  11. @safiyedemirok6223 on October 26, 2025 at 11:56 am

Almost all supplements have magnesium stearate, it has also different names.

  12. @dorothyd.6506 on October 26, 2025 at 11:56 am

I read from several reputable medical sources that taking vitamin D3 and magnesium Glycinate together results in optimal absorption for both. So I have started taking them together for a couple of months. As I understand the doctor, she says, "Don’t take vitamins or minerals together."

Yeesh, I’m already spacing my meds and vitamins/minerals 2 hours apart and have to wake myself up to take several in the early morning so I can get them all in. I don’t have room on my 24-hour clock to separate another Vitamin 2 hours from another!

  13. @deweyfinn4life on October 26, 2025 at 11:58 am

I’ve always heard the opposite of vitamin D and K2.. it’s important to have the K2

  14. @knowledgeberakah1728 on October 26, 2025 at 12:02 pm

    She a fraud

  15. @donnagarner6007 on October 26, 2025 at 12:02 pm

    Hi, Doc.
I love your short, sweet to-the-point videos.
I have seen posts that have a title like, ‘This vitamin is ruining your legs!’. Now I can’t find any that say that. My legs have always been strong, but they seem to be waning and I have a lot more little spider veins around my knees and lower thighs. I have always taken vitamins, sometimes more than others. I have stopped that, but I just wondered if you know of a vitamin that would be bad for leg strength/circulation?

  16. @debmann5168 on October 26, 2025 at 12:03 pm

Then why has it been recommended and there are so many D3 + K2 supplements together in the same formulation? Confusing.

  17. @rayfadich3251 on October 26, 2025 at 12:07 pm

Vitamin D and K2 actually work together. D helps you absorb calcium and K2 makes sure it goes to your bones not your blood vessels. The danger is taking high dose D without K2 not with it. But just straight vitamin K that could be a different story.

  18. @BetterMe981 on October 26, 2025 at 12:07 pm

This needs to be clarified. We already know that we must take K2 in mk7 form with vitamin D3. What we know is we need to take more of the k2-mk7 than what’s in the combo bottles of d3&k2 supplements that are offered, so we need to take them separately but at the same time. And I think this doctor needs to clarify what she’s talking about….maybe she means not to take k1 or something but it’s incredibly irresponsible to just leave it at that.

  19. @selador11 on October 26, 2025 at 12:10 pm

Contrary to her claim that K puts too much calcium in your blood, K2 actually redirects calcium from your blood, and into your bones and teeth where it belongs. Maybe that is different if it’s plain K. I don’t know. But K2 definitely removes calcium from your blood.

  20. @venusbeautygirl on October 26, 2025 at 12:13 pm

Is the vitamin D and K rule still applied to vitamin D3?

  21. @ramgarhia9945 on October 26, 2025 at 12:14 pm

Then why many drugs come together ? Approved by WHO ???

  22. @اعشابطبية-ش6م on October 26, 2025 at 12:15 pm

  27. @Zinnie988 on October 26, 2025 at 12:19 pm

  28. @Chomolungma1244 on October 26, 2025 at 12:20 pm

Bull shit D3 & K2 our best taken together

  29. @Melody-285 on October 26, 2025 at 12:22 pm

Not only do I take D3 & K2 together, most doctors have quit recommending calcium supplements because they calcify arteries

  30. @unnamed2737 on October 26, 2025 at 12:23 pm

  31. @dawitsolomon5477 on October 26, 2025 at 12:24 pm

  32. @Skinnymoose on October 26, 2025 at 12:25 pm

  33. @rhondadunn4228 on October 26, 2025 at 12:27 pm

I disagree with this statement 100%.. This is the perfect example and proof that doctors are not trained to understand nutrition..

vitamin d and vitamin k and vitamin a if no skin brightening are fine in moderation

  40. @ranieromaximino668 on October 26, 2025 at 12:30 pm

Actually, you need to have Vitamin D and k2 together…

  41. @aria.jahelanishani.aviram on October 26, 2025 at 12:30 pm

yes the western store is ruined with magnesium sterates and we arent capitalizing off of it

  42. @my6el on October 26, 2025 at 12:31 pm

    Agreed… this one is wrong

  43. @mma48578 on October 26, 2025 at 12:33 pm

I am totally confused: in most of vitamin D pills is also vitamin K2 in there. Are you sure that it’s not recommend to take it together? Why are almost all vit D pills made with these two vitamins together??

  44. @JonnyGunz89 on October 26, 2025 at 12:35 pm

Why is vitk2 and calcium great sources in gouda cheese then?

  45. @Ham_1982 on October 26, 2025 at 12:35 pm

You have to be specific here as some of these combinations are certainly possible with no harm

  46. @KellyDaAngel on October 26, 2025 at 12:39 pm

    Lies!

  47. @ephajanke3242 on October 26, 2025 at 12:39 pm

This video creates more confusion than clarity. This is pretty undifferentiated. Which D? Which K-Vitamin?

  48. @JeanneFaciane on October 26, 2025 at 12:39 pm

I take my magnesium at night and the rest in the morning.

  49. @cathyposh7517 on October 26, 2025 at 12:40 pm
