A 60 minute treadmill workout with dumbbells and some incline is a great way to mix up how you use the cardio machines at the gym! This is a no running workout so it is more gentle on the joints, yet still super effective for burning fat.
If you are newer try a shorter amount of time and lower incline and progress every week!

Be easier to use a weighted vest, no? Would it be the same? Maybe not.. as holding the weights like that is a farmers carry, one of the best ways to stay functionally fit. Hmmm โฆ my hands just get sore and sweaty ๐
I simply "add" dumbells or weight plate to my usual 1-2 hours treadmill power walk with 15% incline and 2.5 mph speed. This kicks up my HR by 10-15 points and raises my body temperature like a fever. I will drop the dumbells every 6 minutes for water, HR check, towel. It works better than trying to go faster or steeper angle. It causes your shoulder, back and chest muscles to tense up and accelerate breathing. Slightly heavier weight "forces" you to really coordinate/balance your stride.

Hard to find people getting creative with incline treadmill workouts, Iโm trying to mix up my routine so itโs cool to see the dumbbells added in; Iโm lazy so I like to get all my fitness from as few sources as possible so combining exercises seems optimal for me – male 230 pounds 5โ10 best 15 incline 30 min is 1.73 (3.4mph) miles and best 20 incline for 30 min was 1.3 (2.6mph) miles – I need to change my diet to more veggies again ๐ซก

I recommend putting on 25 pounds and you wonโt need the dumbbells. I recommend 5 snickers a day and washing them down with a two liter bottle of coke.
