I’ve heard that pre workout takes him, before a lift.

This was too obvious, which energy drink contains Citrulline-malate, which is a significant component in getting a better pump? Yeah, I can’t think of one either.

Caffeine is good, but besides taurine, energy drinks don’t usually contain the ingredients that a good pre-workout has.

L-Citrulline, or Citrulline-malate should be the primary ingredient, in either a stim, or stim-free pre-workout.

Beta-alanine is helpful, but it best consumed long-term for the lactic acid buffer.

    L-tyrosine to help improve focus.

And to alleviate the crash, maybe L-theanine.

There might be an energy drink with some of these in mind, but I haven’t seen one, Reign is marketed at athletes and don’t offer these either.

Can’t compare energy drinks to pre workouts that are massively over dosed on stimulants and garbage. That’s like comparing weed to heroine

I’ve never used specifically pre-workout I just drink energy drinks or I used to just smoke weed before my workouts. Well, I actually notice a difference if I decide to take pre-workout sometimes

For what it’s worth I have a very high caffeine intolerance so the caffeine itself won’t affect me too much.
