Awesome. I started with the recommendation of my best friend months back. However, I stopped. I’m back now again. I Won’t give up on myself!!!
First time doing this video, i completed the whole workout with extra breaks
but i still burned 450 calories. I weigh 252. Let’s see where a month get me!

3 weeks of consistency and now i’m able to do this entire workout without taking extra breaks (still have to work on my pushups tho
