    I walk 20,000 steps per day and do 8 mile a day and still don’t lose much 😢 I mean I been losing but so slowwwwwww 😢

    And me who did more than 30km in a day and still don’t know how much I lost 😅. It took me from 4 am to 1pm to do that😅😅😅I was walking and got lost it was unintentional

    Treadmill isn’t effective like walking outside. I lost 7 pounds by walking outside in one week. Didn’t even change my diet.
