    Protein Powder

    1st recipe – 1 cup hemp, half cup chia seeds, half cup flaxseeds, quarter cup pumpkin seeds. Blend to a fine powder. Store in an air tight container. Use as required.

    2nd recipe – 1 cup amaranth flakes, half cup sunflower seeds, quarter cup sesame seeds, quarter cup chia seeds. Toast on low flame, until they give out a fragrance. Cool and blend ro a fine powder.

    3rd recipe (Channa Sattu) – 2 cups split channa dhal or bengal gram, roast on a oan till it gives a nutty aroma for 8-10 minutes. Cool and grind into a fine powder.

    These are high fat powders and have a lot of carbs. Nuts are very high in calories and can easily become fattening. 1 cup of nuts have half the calories (850 kcal per cup) for a sedentary lady like her. Don’t get nutrition advice from a lady who has no education in science. Her "PhD" appears to be a mail order degree in pseudo science from a pseudo university.

    RECIPE – 1

    Breakdown of Ingredients:
    Hemp seeds: 1 cup ≈ 135 grams, ≈ 44 grams of protein
    Chia seeds: 1/2 cup ≈ 72 grams, ≈ 10 grams of protein
    Flaxseeds: 1/2 cup ≈ 80 grams, ≈ 9 grams of protein
    Pumpkin seeds: 1/4 cup ≈ 32 grams, ≈ 9 grams of protein
    Total Weight = 135g+72g+80g+32g=319g
    Total Protein=44g+10g+9g+9g=72g
    Protein Content per 30 grams (1 scoop) = 6.77g

    RECIPE – 2

    Breakdown of Ingredients:
    Amaranth flakes: 1 cup ≈ 120 grams, ≈ 9.3 grams of protein
    Sunflower seeds: 1/2 cup ≈ 70 grams, ≈ 10 grams of protein
    Sesame seeds: 1/4 cup ≈ 36 grams, ≈ 6.5 grams of protein
    Chia seeds: 1/4 cup ≈ 36 grams, ≈ 5 grams of protein
    Total Weight =120g+70g+36g+36g=262g
    Total Protein=9.3g+10g+6.5g+5g=30.8g
    Protein Content per 30 grams (1scoop) = 3.53g

    RECIPE – 3:

    Breakdown of Ingredients::

    Split Bengal gram (chana dal): 1 cup ≈ 200 grams, ≈ 36 grams of protein
    Total Weight = 2×200g=400g
    Total Protein = 2×36g=72g
    Protein Content per 30 grams = 5.4g
