I have a question. I watched one of your older videos on how some food can be really bad for the brain, causing inflammation and issues (loss of brain cells and occurrences of brain atrophy’s?) intoxication in the body and how to prevent it. And I have to ask, do you think it is ever okay to eat in moderation?
And I would just like to know more about your opinion on eating in moderation in general, and how you think it should be. Like portions of foods to treat yourself, too much and is that bad? How should you eat at separate times throughout the weeks, months (etc)? SHOULD you eat especially when you are craving junk food, even if it is in "moderation" or if you have not ate any foods alike that in a long time?
Unless, as I have said, maybe it never really is ever considerably health wise to eat foods unhealthy (and in your diet, especially).
