20 Minute Step to The Beat HIIT Workout [NO EQUIPMENT]

This was my first video of yall and I thank you. Been in a tiny rut since Wednesday. My next scheduled workout day was Thursday while I have a few favs on YT to go to, a lot of my video feed on other apps kept pointing to you.
I kept putting it off until just before midnight and put this one on. My head already started with the “ugh 20 mins??” And other excuses but I pressed start and kept moving anyways.
The beats, your energy and my heart rate all kept me going and I can never thank you enough! It’s 12:17 am here and while I should be going to bed, I’m just sitting here…grateful.
