20 Minute Step to The Beat HIIT Workout [NO EQUIPMENT]

Tap in with us for another STEP TO THE BEAT workout if you need a workout with some motivation and movement! In this video, we will take you through 20 different full body stepping movements that are more high intensity and a step up from our previous step workouts. This is more of an advanced pace workout so feel feel to pause and pick back up when necessary. Be sure to do your best, throw in some dance moves, and have some fun with it!

    I am clumsy and uncoordinated, but was able to follow along with this. It’s all fun and games until they focus on one side; that’s when you realize how hard you’re working! It’s still fun, though. Thanks for making me feel like I have rhythm! 😹

I am currently going through menopause, and this right here gave me, not only the motivation, but it is just right to get your heart rate going and moving these joints!! I used to work out to you all sometimes before menopause, and, I know it will take some time to get to a place where i can work like I used to, but THIS…..,gave me life!!!! I am on my way!!!!!!     This was my first video of yall and I thank you. Been in a tiny rut since Wednesday. My next scheduled workout day was Thursday while I have a few favs on YT to go to, a lot of my video feed on other apps kept pointing to you.

    I kept putting it off until just before midnight and put this one on. My head already started with the “ugh 20 mins??” And other excuses but I pressed start and kept moving anyways.

    The beats, your energy and my heart rate all kept me going and I can never thank you enough! It’s 12:17 am here and while I should be going to bed, I’m just sitting here…grateful.

    Grateful that y’all do this. That I did this and I did the whole thing, no breaks!

    Hey i am 73.75kg, now 73.35kg ….. working out of this workout…i am overweight….i will keep posting.
    Got my periods very bloated..stopped working out..
    24th june: worked out
    25th : no workout
    26th: 73.75 kg …worked out
