I use green tea then add 1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 ts turmeric
1/4ts ginger
1/4ts black pepper
1 tlb olive oil
11/2 to 2 tlb honey
And if you have it,
A few drops of mullein oil
This has helped me a lot
